- AGS Four Winds has introduced an after sales service that ensures that
your consignment is monitored at all stages of the move. Our unique
Intranet tracking system offers our
clients the convenience of being able to view the status of their
shipment online from anywhere in the world, as well as being able
to send queries or requests regarding their shipment. This unique
and innovative tool also offers our clients the added advantage
of receiving updates on their shipment via email or SMS. To ensure
that all information regarding your shipment is secure, access
to the system is strictly controlled via username/file number
and password.
- In the event you discover, at the point of delivery, that your
shipment has incurred damages, you should immediately notify the
AGS Four Winds Branch that conducted the move. Furthermore, please state
the damages on the Delivery Note. It is necessary that you send
us within 7 days of the date of delivery, by registered mail,
details of any damages incurred as well as supporting quotations
for repair.
Our Client Services Department handles the majority of claims in-house,
which enables us to resolve claims speedily and efficiently. If
necessary, we will send an evaluator to your house in order to evaluate
the damage. Our insurers will make an estimate of your claim based
upon the results of the investigation.
