POSITION: FUTURE BRANCH MANAGERS
LOCATION: BURUNDI, NIGERIA, DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO AND CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Language: English is mandatory.
Education: Military personnel who are changing profession & managerial personnel who have experience with the African continent in operational positions.
A certificate in transportation will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel.
Strong work capability.
Management qualities are vital.
DUTIES:
The candidate will assist the present branch manager in all duties carried out by him, namely:
- Administrative organization
- Management of personnel
- Salaries
- Accounting
- Debt collection
- Sales organization
- Technical organization
- Management of technical staff
- Management of fleet of vehicles
- Management of imports-exports
- Management of stock
- Planning
Possibility of career change within the Group, replacing our branch managers.
